Citizen V is a legendary hero that spans generations. The name has not only spread through a family, but also used by other people, superheroes, and even supervillains. Edit
John Watkins
Paulette Brazee
The second Citizen V who worked with the former as an undercover member of the V-Battalion directly under Baron Zemo.
JJ Watkins
Baron Helmut Zemo
Dallas Riordan
One of Dallas' first mission as the new Citizen V was to defend a material called Particle X from Baron Zemo, just like the original Citizen V did against the original Baron Zemo. She originally posed as the male heir to the Citizen V name, but Captain America called her bluff and it was revealed she was instead related to the man that created the V-Battalion.
