displayed heat vision, ice breath or wind burst.

She has displayed energy projection powers in the form of red sun burst and kryptonite does in fact effect her.

It was a Superman/Batman issue (unsure of the number) she and Superboy were trapped in a sphere and k-radiation was effecting them.

When did she appear? I didn't see anything about Cir-El on Wikipedia or any where else.

Note: I'm not a writer at Wikipedia I just read stuff from there now that comics aren't being shipped to my country. Seriously, I must be the only 14 year old comic book geek in my country.

She was in Superman/Batman #5 I beleive. Maybe off an issue or two. Its the one where The Superman Family and the Batman Family is on the cover.
