Cindy used to be a waitress before the disastrous day that the Crossed attacked. After saving Patrick, his kid, she met Stan, Kelly and Thomas, with whom organized a group to survive against the hordes of crossed. Against all odds, the groups is surviving with Cindy's leadership. Although she and Stan had to make terrible decisions to ensure their safety. Maybe of the most controversial was executing a group of children, due to the cannibalism they were taught. So far, her plan to keep them alive is to lead the group towards Alaska.
Stan has some feelings for Cindy and likes Patrick, Cindy's kid. But aside from friendship, nothing happened between them.
