Chris Yost is probably most famous for creating X-23 with Craig Kyle, a female clone of Wolverine, originally created for the cartoon, X-Men: Evolution.
Chris Yost and Craig Kyle then began writing the on-going title New X-Men. He and Kyle are probably best known for killing several current and ex-students of the Xavier Institute e.e. the depowered students were killed in a bus explosion (planned by William Stryker and the Purifiers), Icarus was killed by Willaim Stryker.
Yost has recently wrote the [[X-Men: Emperor Vulcan:vol:19130]] five issue mini-series on his own.
New X-Men recently finished, and Yost and Kyle began work on the new X-Men wetworks team title, X-Force.
Cartoons
Yost has stated that cartoons were his first love, and he has worked on countless cartoons, including X-Men: Evolution, Fantastic Four: World Greatest Heroes and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
He will be working on the up-coming Iron Man series, the up-coming Wolverine and the X-Men and Next Avengers.
