Little is known about Charmcaster only that she is the niece of the evil wizard, Hex and is just as notorious. Edit
Charmcaster is a powerful witch in the Ben 10 universe, who originally worked under the name of her uncle Hex. She has, however, become one of Ben and Gwen's worst enemies. Unlike most enemies in the Ben 10 universe, her primary focus is defeating Ben's cousin, Gwen Tennyson, who gained one of Charmcasters spellbooks. When her uncle was transformed back into a child by the Fountain of Youth, Charmcaster gained control of her life, and decided to put herself in charge.
She is last seen in movie special Ben10 verus the Negative 10 its uncertain of when or where she'll appear next.
