@EisforExtinction: Just to let you know, the 1st preview issue is out now [48 pages, the first full chapter of the graphic novel]. That should be able to give you a better idea if you'll like it or not. Also, it's not all doom and gloom- it's actually got a good deal of humor and silliness mixed into it. So if that helps at all. :)
