His chair is able to analyse people and abilities and defend against their specific attacks. As part of Dr Impossible's group of villains he helped to collect parts of an alien device that shows portals to the entire Multiverse. More specifically he was part of a two person team sent to retrieve a piece from BlackHawk Island where he fought Congorilla and Starman. He almost won but a newly formed Justice League of America showed up and drove him and his partner off.
