    OVERVIEW

    A fictional city where Eddy Current escapes to after fleeing Dum Dum Asylum and, possibly the setting of Metropol.

    Chad is established as a veritable Gomorrah of modern times, where the most wretched and human of society co-exist amongst the squalor of a completely urbane setting. It has been said that a city can be without pity, whereas Chad is portrayed as a city without hope.
