    Origin

    Born and raised in Tarabon, Cetalia travelled to Tar Valon as a young woman to receive training in the White Tower. Eventually she was raised full Aes Sedai, choosing the Blue. At some point before the Aiel War she was given control of the Blue's eyes-and-ears network, which is a spy network that spreads throughout the world.

    Creation

    Cetalia was created by Robert Jordan for his book series The Wheel of Time, making her first appearance in the prequel, New Spring. She made her first appearance in comics in Wheel of Time: New Spring #5, written by Jordan and Chuck Dixon and illustrated by Mike Miller

    Major Story Arcs

    New Spring

    After Siuan Sanche is raised Aes Sedai, Cetalia takes the young woman on as her apprentice. She eventually hands Siuan control of the eyes-and-ears network, possibly upon her death.

    Powers and Abilities

    Cetalia is a channeler of notable strength. As a channeler, her lifespan is greatly expanded compared to regular humans. However, as an Aes Sedai and thus bound by the Three Oaths, her potential lifespan is shortened. She is noted to be intelligent, and a skilled manipulator and spymaster.
