Plot Summary
Cerebus really puts himself in charge. He sends Weisshaupt, Sophia, and Mrs Gutch off; plus he cancels his meeting with Powers. Posey debuts and brings Cerebus' robes of office. Will Mrs. Gutch beat up Blakely?
