    @spidergirl603: cell would win with relative ease. Lol. In his super perfect form he was on par with a supersaiyan 2 while frieza at 100% power could barely keep up with a regular supersaiyan. Also cell has the ability of regeneration over frieza. :)

    @newtype517: Yeah I agree, plus Cell was built with the abilities of the worlds strongest fighters, including Frieza. Also Cell was brought back less than Frieza so those things kinda prove he's stronger than Frieza.
