Galactus can take four celestials. Celestials are very overrated.

No. If I recall right he beat one. Others went megazord and one-shotted him.

I think the correct term would be went all Voltron on Galactus butt.

    No. Megazord>all.

A character can't be more or less omnipotent than another character, You're either omnipotent or you're not.

Marvel's gross misuse of real terms has and will always be an issue. There can only be one true omnipotent being arguing against the definition of a word is pointless, this also applies to the flagrant misuse use of the term omniverse in both it and DC. The characters may think someone is omnipotent because of how insanely powerful they are, but that doesn't make them so, it doesn't even make them nigh-omnipotent. Also the whole Protege absorbing Living Tribunal's Powers is constantly misunderstood by readers. Protege never beat the Living Tribunal he merely absorbed the powers of a manifestation (basically a relativity nerfed avatar) of the LT who only appeared later to permanently get rid of protege once the major conflict had passed. Living Tribunal can one shot all the Celestials with just his pinky. That being said the Celstials are massively powerful, on a multiversal scale, as a collective host . Individually their powers vary with only a handful being multiverse busters on their own. But even the weaker Celestials can easily destroy hundreds of galaxies easily, manipulate: time space, matter, and energy as they please. Galactus needs to be well feed to be able to beat the weaker ones. Scathan, Taimut, The One Above All (celestial not to be confused the God of marvel megaverse) can easily beat a well Galactus individually. Galactus would need to be fully fed (the nature of his aspect makes that impossible but he'd equal Eternity if it were) to take any one of those three on.

Celestials aren't omnipotent at all. They're overrated bunch of space giants that look like crappy robots you'd find in the junkyard. And it doesn't help with the way Marvel is writing them these days, putting them above cosmic entities.

They are not above Elder Gods. They are not above Galactus. Hell the only reason they stood up to the skyfathers was because of their durability. Marvel seems to be putting them above most cosmic entities especially in regards to the origin of the Marvel Multiverse.

People always refer to the celestials as group in battles and that's why they seem to win and be portrayed as more powerful than anyone else. Thor has taken down a celestial, the Destroyer has taken down a celestial, Franklin Richards has taken down a celestial and yet some people are putting them above everyone else short of TOAA and maybe LT.

They are above the Elder Gods, and a few of them would possibly be above Galactus actually. Cosmic Cube beings are a tier or two above Elder Gods, and a Cube being once stated that a single Celestial was hundreds of times more powerful.
