    Initially an overly suspicious kid, Cecil eventually became a confidant to Tyler / Moon Shadow. Eventually given a shrink ray. Also has an entirely different other-dimensional appearance, thanks to some careless dimensional travel with Malaphast. He can also sense people with powerrs
