She doesn't have to get a job. She's pretty much set up for life. Dini had her hijack Hush's fortune (several hundred million bucks worth) at the end of Heart of Hush. Even after giving the rest their cut (Ivy, Harley, Holly, Slam) and donating a large portion to an abused women's shelter, she still would have enough principal left for her to live off interest/investment income alone.

Selina does have Bruce's support and Bruce is always there to help her out.
