Does anyone know who the villain is in the latest issue? I thought he was someone like "everywhere man" or something, from the Batman cartoon. He creates multiples of himself. In the cartoon he had an "E" name and I can't remember it. But it might not even be him.

I thought it was but I read that he died while fighting the Teen Titans.
