Flood. Corona. Victim 9. Gazer. They're some of the most incorrigible, bloodthirsty villains the world has ever seen, and now they're loose on the streets of Golden City. Reeling from the tumultuous events of Will to Power and still numb from the apparent defection of their leader Grace, the Agents of Change may just find that solving this crisis is beyond their capabilities.
By the end of this issue, the Golden City we've come to know and love will bear little resemblance to the once-splendid cosmotropolis on the hill.
This is the final issue of Catalyst: Agents of Change. But it's not over yet for Golden City...
Certain aspects of this storyline will be revisited and completed in the Agents of Law series. It is recommended to also read the Division 13 series, issues #11-#12 of Out of the Void, and the Revelations one-shot before reading Agents of Law.
