    In the final issue of the mini-series, the menace of Volbragg continues to grow as both Spooky Town and New York City face imminent enslavement - if not outright destruction! Casper, Wendy and Hot Stuff must overcome their differences and save both humanity and the various Spectral races!

    Ok I finally got the third and final issue of Casper and the Spectrals. This is where they stopped the padding. Unfortunately they still got some more including useless stupid plot device where they did not wanted to see each other again in order for them split off. Yeah it lost a star for that. Casper try his usual self of try being friends with Voldbragg so this stop being evil. Wendy does the usual response of monster trying take over which is to find out how to stop it.
