I see a lot of people "fancasting" a possible Captain Marvel movie. But I never see anyone talking about the story of that possible movie.

How to make a capitain Marvel movie with a good, comprehensive origin in a, at maximum, 2 hours movie?

I would base it off a heavily tweaked Ultimate Galactus Trilogy. Galactus would be replaced by the Skrulls in the story. Mar-vell is on Earth to determine if humanity poses a threat to the Kree in the larger galaxy. Observing mankind's violent nature, Mahr Vehl reveals that the Kree have recently decided to confine humanity on Earth until the space-faring and homeless Skrull can destroy them, thus ending their potential threat to the Kree. Mar-vell betrays them, but in the process of protecting Earth, he is injured--now relegated to love interest mode. Some accident with Kree technology gives Carol, Monica, and Moonstone their powers. Carol and Monica must defeat Moonstone and access some Kree plot device to save the day.

Very bare bones, but I am not in the story-telling business.
