I don't like the new design. He looks like the Eel.

Don't see a huge difference. other than a lack of pads and pockets.

No. His original costume was and still is fine. Marvel has lost a step and needs to get it back.

Can't stand his new look, want his old look back!

Um...if shoulderpads are the only thing keeping Cardiac than looking like the eel, then wouldn't that make Cardiacs costume 'The Eels...only with super awesome shoulderpads!' and also, tell me what use random shoulder pads serve? Was he ever like "Boy! This guy is tough, but luckily thanks to my Shoulderpads, I'm getting the better of them!"

Honestly, they look nothing alike. Also regarding the shoulderpads - don't say it's because of his vibranium armor, the Black Panther managers perfectly fine with his mesh suit. Anyhow, not like any of this matters, Cardiac kinda went MIA anyhow.
