If it's the one that comes to mind he's an enemy of Captain Marvel. And part of the reason why Freddy Freeman, the current Shazam, walks with crutches.

It's Nazi Germny we're talking about. Hitler tried to take the spear of Destiny (in the comics), and killed over 6 million people (and not all of the victims were Jewish little history lesson). Why is it surprising that he created a facist "White Superman" in  the era of the Mystery Men (and Women).
