Mar-Vell rebelled against a racist tyrannical empire to defend Earth and in so doing became the "Protector of the Universe" known as Captain Marvel. Since his tragic death to cancer, Captain Marvel has inspired many superheroes and heroines and his legacy is still felt throughout the Marvel universe.

It is time to bring back and resurrect Captain Marvel no more want a be, but original version as young (Kree stem cells or cloning), whatever evolution deem fit. Start with creating a Kree history; military career; old memories direct-to-brain download from the Supreme Intelligence; learning to live after death and new existence; let him earn the journey and potential to becoming Protector of the Universe, (and this time grant him the Power Bands Quasar wears), even be a pupil to Quasar mentoring. Do it right from child to young adult to adult stages, making him into the man of the past to the present day.
