Captain Commando made his debut in the 1991 Capcom arcade game 'Captain Commando'. He and his three teammates Ginzu the Ninja, Baby Head, and Mack the Knife make up the "Commando Team". Captain Commando doesn't use any guns or swords. His main weapon of choice are his energy gloves which can generate fire and electric type attacks.

Cap-tain Com-mando is a play on the word Capcom, and was the original mascot for the company.

Powers & Abilities

Besides his athletic body and powerful mind he uses energy gloves to shoot fire and electric bolts and he also uses energy gloves to make his special moves ''Captain Collider'' which he strikes to the ground with his gloves which causes a electric shock wave and deals great damage to those around him and ''Captain Fire'' that he unleashes a great wave of fire from his gloves. He can also use ''Captain Sword'' which he calls his teammates and then creates a giant laser beam and slashes down towards his enemy and also he has another special move that he calls his team for help is ''Captain Storm'' that he throws his enemy into the air whit a strong uppercut and his team members attacks to enemy in air and finally he uses ''Captain Collider'' when enemy falls to the ground. His other equipments are ''Captain Goggles'' which allows to identify a criminals face up to 2 Km.''Captain Gauntlet multiplies his strength 48 times. His ''Captain Protectors'' are made from a special metal called ''Captain Ceramic'' which protects him up to trillion degrees of heat and his ''Captain Boots'' protect him against fall injuries up to 100 meter fall.
