Yes, he does. But not necessarily always enhanced human senses a la Superman.  He has been shown numerous times to be able to sense, detect & track  various energy and radiation signatures, so he definitely has energy-related senses.  He has also recently developed the ability to access computer networks and then directly scan and access the information contained therein without the need for  additional tech, which implies the ability to interpret  and read electronic information streams,  which is a "tech sense" of sorts.   And there was an instance back in 2001 during the Captain Atom mini-series where he used his ability to enhance his physical stats via drawing power from the Quantum Field to enhance his hearing to overhear some aliens conversing.
