The Splitting of the Atom 0

I liked this cover a whole lot more when I saw the original solicit. The breaking Captain Atom seemed so fragile, made of glass. But seeing it on the actual cover, the smoothness is lost a bit, and that completely negates the 'fragile glass' effect. Still, it wouldn't be a 'bad' cover if it didn't give away too much. Future Atom (I'm assuming that at least) doesn't even meet Present Atom until the last page.Mostly this issue is a fantastic character exploration. We don't actually learn all that ...

Slipping up through time 0

Well, I've been enjoying Captain Atom these past 6 issue, and I enjoyed this one. But there are problems here, and they make for one of the weakest yet.First of all, the main problem is the art. I enjoyed it for the most part in past issues, the contrasts and colors and all that, but this issue was just bad. very bad. I can't tell if it's the fault of Freddie Williams II or the inker, but there's something wrong here, and it kinda took me out of the experience.Next, the cover flat out lies to yo...
