A circular shield used by Taskmaster. The shield was designed and based off of Captain America's famous weapon. Although this shield is not composed of the unique properties of Vibranium and Adamantium like Captain America's. It has been stated that Taskmaster's shield is constructed from an Osmium Alloy and not nearly as indestructible. The Alloy is strong enough however to withstand attacks from Iron Man, and strikes from Cap's shield itself.
