    I think Winter Soldier should be the main antagonist for Captain America 2. Any thoughts?

    yeah it should be Zemo or if they want to they could do an adaptation of Ultimate Comics Captain America story arc and use Nuke as the villain.

    I think they need to build up to Winter Soldier in Cap 2. I felt Bucky didn't have much of an impact in Cap 1 and they need to have some kind of build up for Winter Soldier in Cap 3.

    No! Have MODOK and Baron Von Strucker in Cap 2, and have Winter Soldier and Zemo in Cap 3.
