This is nonsense.  People have been talking about Cher playing Catwoman in the next Batman movie, but that sure as hell isn't going to happen.  Since casting isn't close to happening yet, this is just an idle rumor created to stir up controversy and fan reaction.

If they were going to cast someone black to play Cap...they wouldn't be calling him Steve Rogers..This is obviously not happening anyway.We have two black american heroes coming out with movies soon.I'm sure they aren't going to ruin Cap by going overboard and doing another one.

It's not so much the race that bothers me, its the characters he is known for portraying. I just don't think that the same guy who played in MIB, Wild West, iRobot, I Am Legend, Hancock and others can play Steve Rogers. I mean I know Will Smith is a capable actor, but he's like almost the same guy in just about every movie he plays in and I don't want that guy as Rogers. But dang, it will be tough to find someone who can actually fill those boots.

The black Super serum guy was Battlestar and he ended up working for Silver Sable as part of her Wild Bunch!  They have all ready done this to Nick Fury, so it wouldn't surprise me if they did it to Cap, they way things have been going at Marvel these past years!  But I think this would be the final nail in the coffin for Marvel!  Secret Invasion isn't going over like they hoped t would and the killing of Cap didn't, either!

I'll go watch the Dragon Ball Z movie before I watch Will Smith portray Cap.

Steve rogers is Captain America ONLY him anything else for this movie SUCKS
