During World War II, Steve Rogers volunteered to receive the experimental Super-Soldier Serum. Enhanced to the pinnacle of human physical potential and armed with an unbreakable shield, he became Captain America. After a failed mission left him encased in ice for decades, he was found and revived by the Avengers, later joining their ranks and eventually becoming the team's leader.
If steve is not going to do it and after the trail of captain america it is probably not going to be Bucky then who else. I think that they could have steve's and the black widow's son come from the future and be captain america. what do you think
Hawkeye should get it. Bucky went rouge and turned against his country for a while. Giving Bucky the mantle of Captain America would be like giving the Batman cowl to Jason Todd. Besides Hawkeye's whole bag is using projectiles as a weapon, so a conversion to a shield wouldn't be anything to hard for him. Also Clint is awesome and Bucky sucks.

yeah the ultimates do suck but the ultimate Clint is very angry, like the Punisher they also will kill people which Cap shouldn't be associated with "
yeah but i just was saying it was cool back when punisher was cap (after Civil War) and that might be an interesting plot to bring back. punisher would have to change his ways a bit but hed do a great job of controlling everything. and i think he would get a bit less violent in caps shoes. anyway, if bucky and steve stop i think another good choice would be emma frost. she could join to help mutants but she could also run everything really well.

WHAT!? Emma Frost for Captain America? you have to be kidding. really this is terrible. she wouldn't even fit the suit. I don't have the proper way to tell you this is a really bad idea, but NOOOOOOOOOOOO.
haven't seen Punisher as Captain America i guess he would change his attitude if he was representing America still it seems like he would fall back into his old ways.

I just never thought of a woman being Captain America, not to put her down or anything, she is great, one of the best female characters in comics. I mean would Storm mean as much to you if she was a man. The whole idea seems odd. Also is Utopia a part of America or is it its own country?
