After a failed mission left him encased in ice for decades, he was found and revived by the Avengers, later joining their ranks and eventually becoming the team's leader.

    The whole Death of Captain America storyline is the story that got me reading Captain America, but it's my favorite because it shows what Cap truly means to the world and how the symbol of Captain America will always live on.

    I also enjoyed Captain America: Reborn and Captain America: Man Out Of Time.

    Well MY personal favorite is "The Bloodstone Hunt" because it's one of the few Captain America arcs that I actually have all the issuese to! lol
