    whats the power difference between 616 cap(steve)and ultimate cap

    i read somewhere that he was almost as strong as the ultimate hulk but im not sure how accurate the source is

    Ultimate Cap reminds me more of US Agent then Cap from 616. Although I think if the two fought I would give the fight to 616 Cap, mostly because the Ultimate Cap seems to have a short fuse and he would make a mistake his counterpart would exploit.

    Being an angry guy does not mean a stupid guy. He is not like Wolverine in the sense that he just stops thinking when angered. His mind is also "super" and is a brilliant tactician from what everyone says about him in the comics. Getting angry only has shown that he gets more brutal. I have never seen him screw up because he got pissed off. In fact, every time he has gotten pissed off, he has laid down a severe hurt on everyone that has angered him.

    @erik: Didn't say he was stupid I am just saying 616 Cap is a smarter fighter. Ultimate Cap is a bruiser where 616 Cap is a finesse fighter. Cap would be able to capitalize on the slightest error Ultimate Cap makes, although if Cap slips up Ultimate Cap would take his head off, especially since Ultimate Cap is legitimately super human were Cap is peak human.

    I know you did not say stupid. That was my own wording, but 616 Captain America is not a smarter fighter. He may be a more level headed fighter but that does not equate to smarter. Again, being angry does not mean you toss strategy, tactics and finesse out the window. Like I said before, I have only seen Ultimate Captain America get more savage when angered, I have never seen him abandon his fighting ability.

    That sounds like a fair compromise. But if you ever do find a showing of Ultimate Steve failing because of his temper specifically, I would like to see it.

    So that makes Ultimate Cap 4 times stronger than 616 to answer your question.
