    There's a video on youtube showing Chris chasing a taxi, he's way more blonde in that, this image doesn't show it well.

    Yeah, that shot erased any doubts I had about Chris' appearance in the film, he got frickin crazy big.  Marvel must be investing in steroids between him and how big Chris Hemsworth got for Thor, lol.

    I don't get why everyone hates Chris Evans as Cap. I mean look at him he is huge and buff which is what we all wanted, his hair is blonde, and he actually looks like Captain America a lot.

    I totally adore Evans. I had doubts about him as Cap at first, but considering the fact that the casting could have been much, much worse he's a fitting choice. Not only is he a veteran to Marvel/superhero/action movies but he has really filled out. :P

     Well that is good to hear, but so many people went crazy and started hating on Evans just because they didn't want him to be Cap and it really annoyed me because when he was first announced I was so happy and I thought he was really perfect for Cap and was waayyyyyyy better than all those other people that were rumored for the role, and now he looks even better. Personally I think they picked the right person and can't wait for this movie !

    @ComicCrazy: It's always hard to pick people to play any role where the audience has a preconceived conception about the characters. Movies based off of novels and comics will always get flak for casting choices no matter how close they get. No one could look exactly like Peter Parker, Bruce Wayne, or in this case Steve Rogers.  
     
    As long as the acting is good and the movie stays true to the material people have no right to really bitch and moan because of something as ridiculous as hair colour. If that was a major attribute to the character, maybe, but Cap has a mask that pretty much covers his entire head.

    he really does.  He certainly has the physique to play Cap.  His hair does look much better in other photos.  Look around and you'll see that his hair is more blonde
