Enhanced to the pinnacle of human physical potential and armed with an unbreakable shield, he became Captain America. After a failed mission left him encased in ice for decades, he was found and revived by the Avengers, later joining their ranks and eventually becoming the team's leader.

    Most likely he won't get a new body only because, due to the writers it's going to miraculously heal or the whole is ordeal is going to be so vague there is no need for small technical answers.

    i'm thinking he's going to get a new body....in the first issue when Sharron was talking about the Red Skull trying to bring him back the first time it looked like there was a body forming

    I hope that cap returns only to officially hand the mantle down to bucky and then he walks off into the sunset or some epic ending like that...
