Enhanced to the pinnacle of human physical potential and armed with an unbreakable shield, he became Captain America. After a failed mission left him encased in ice for decades, he was found and revived by the Avengers, later joining their ranks and eventually becoming the team's leader.

    How powerful is the organization?in terms of tech,intelligence and resources ofcourse. 
    what are their members capable of(strictly leadership)excluding gorgon.for EG guys like kraken,hive and madame hydra and do they come under the red skull or are they completly seperate from him?

    They're weaker than SHIELD, and probably weaker or on the same level as AIM. Although AIM is shown to have more intelligent members.
