Captain America has his standard equipment and is bloodlusted. The lions are hungry.

Takes place in a walled-off gladiator arena. It's completely walled off, but there's enough room to move around in. Also, there's rocks and pieces of wood lying around that might be used as projectiles or hand-held weapons.

Can fight with fatal wounds, some can withstand & endure multiple rifle shots.

Asiatic lions are around 6.5 feet tall and 9 feet long and weigh 230 kgs.

A bloodlusted lion male fights to the death.

Combined they have the power and muscle to outclasses captain amarica.

I thought it's generally understood that teams in a battle dont start attacking other members of the team. It's a team battle... which implies one team versus the other. Yes, I can add that rule explicitly to the battle discussion, but I dont think it's necessary.

You can put any street-leveler or close agaisnt 100 lion, I go with the Lion except if the guy has a special power that could beat them.

cap is stronger then a lion... but idk about 100 of them.. I think he has a chance.. he could throw his shield and probably knock out a dosen or two.. but if he tires before he takes out more then half of them its gg. could go either way

@willpayton: It is, but not when they are given a reason to kill each other. Anyways, even if they don't attack each other, they lose because they are incredibly hungry, leaving them weakened, allowing cap to oneshot.

The way I judge battles like these, is I say "How many armed men would it take to win here?" Probably 30-40 then I ask whether cap could take those men in the same scenario, If cap could take out the men, he could take out the lions, so he would win.

The lions get bodied. Once cap kills one the others will try to eat the dead one and cap will take advantage of it. Rinse and Repeat.

100 lions might be pushing Cap's abilities...

Assuming the Lions aren't allowed to eat each other, Lions Win. He kills the first 10 or 20, but then tires out or the Lions pounce when he throws his shield. Dogpile him and start biting. Lions always hunt in large groups so teamwork shouldn't be a problem.

Cap can one shot a lion. Cap can one shot multiple lions. Cap is bloodlusted.

Cap maneuvers so that he keeps the majority away from himself and doesn't get surrounded while using ricocheting shield throws to down lions left, right and center.

Cap wins with minimal difficulty.

Why do people make battles where it's one person clearly being overrun by something?

I actually think it would be great fight if the lions are lionesses. Caps endurance and accuracy are key here though. Vs males, then Cap. Otherwise Lionesses

If the lions are "in character," I'm sure some will venture off, lay down and wait for something else to die first (be it Cap or another lion), fight each other, etc.

So if that's the case, he has a VERY SLIM chance of surviving simply because that still leaves 20, 30, 50 or however many that are actually gunning for him.

Now, if I said that Cap would probably not survive with 20 lions coming at him (while the other 80 fight and wander off amongst themselves like normal wild animals would), then there is NO WAY IN HELL that'd he'd survive more than 14 seconds if all ONE HUNDRED lions charge at him.

He'd die...very quickly.

Cap uses the power of eagles to his aid and lifts some lions away from the battle being left with the rest to destroy.

Too many numbers for the Captain. Cap can one punch each one I don't doubt. He's going to get swarmed though and is susceptible to bites. With that many numbers he's going to be taking a lot. He is going down.

I really, really like Cap, but...gonna have to give my vote to the lions.

It was 2 or 3 or hell, even 6, he would have a chance, but 100...hell no. He will not stand a chance.
