It's not a bad overview of Captain America's history, though in the adaptations section, far too much emphasis is placed on his obscure early film outings that could have been spent exploring Earth's Mightiest Heroes, which contains the best on-screen microcosm of his characterization over the years. I liked her comments on historical revisionism. Replacing Nazis and American corruption with HYDRA was and is a disservice to Captain America's origins in a historical context and oversimplified Cap's dilemma in dealing with other Americans who act contrary to his ideals of freedom. I did not, however, like how dismissive she was of Cap's military aspect as "blind patriotism." Just because he values freedom and is wary of government exploitation does not mean that he's not committed to protecting America against external threats, with force and the mandate of civil authority.

I agree in some aspects could be better explored. But Nostalgia Chick focus mostly apperances on other types media but also giving feedback about characther´s creation and trivia.
