I used to have this on vhs as a kid. I watched it until the tape broke.

That's a surprise that this crapfest would be made available on DVD.  Geez, I wonder why?  *sarcasm*

Is there even a DVD quality original print? I wouldn't be surprised if they only had it on VHS.

Some people just don't have appreciation for cult classics. I love that movie, it was awesome, and so was The Toxic Avenger. 

At least in this film respects the original costume of Captain America.

I work in a video store. We've still got that on VHS and will probably be getting it on DVD. I loved it.

I remember watching this on video, when I was little.  I brought down all my Captain America comics, layed them all out so i could stare at them while I watched the movie.
It wasn't very good, but I didn't have the refined taste I have now.
 
As a side note, after the videos are over it takes me immediately to the next video which immediately starts to play.  Does this happen to everyone?

man I remember this, They would always play this movie on the local tv stations during the weekend once every few months. It was corny but still awesome

The trailer is so bad (just like the movie) it keeps showing a machine gun firing

So damned cheesy. I owned it then I'll own it again. After all I did buy Nicy Fury with the Hoff......lol

Nick Fury with Da Hoff is still my favourite :D

This, the old 80s Punisher and Nick Fury are already on DVDs. Only not released everywhere and hard to come by in some places. (like the classic Tron before Legac'y release)

They have the guts to release this? They should have released the Reb Brown version on DVD, before they released this version. At least it's funny.

A director's cut of this movie is coming out on blu-ray as well. I've actually seen part of this and have to say I enjoyed it.

Have to agree with earlier comments; great love for B-movies, and this certainly qualifies!  It truly needs the Mystery Science Theater treatment.
