Enhanced to the pinnacle of human physical potential and armed with an unbreakable shield, he became Captain America. After a failed mission left him encased in ice for decades, he was found and revived by the Avengers, later joining their ranks and eventually becoming the team's leader.

    Following Smart_Dork_Dude's example (if you haven't seen his videos, do so), I am continuing to post my videos concerning comic book heroes. I originally began making videos hoping to unite the spirit of the hero with the music/lyrics, in such a way as I'd rarely seen done. Whether or not I succeeded, I leave to you to decide. In this case, Captain America. Criticism welcome.

    @JonSmith: As I've said before, this truly captures Steve Rogers' character and I commend you for making this. On my old youtube channel I had a Captain America tribute set to Awake and Alive, which I say is a close second to this song in terms of appropriateness, but this has more of a soulful feel to it which makes it by far the best choice.
