    Okay, I need some help here, I know that Captain America #49 was going for $2.99, and when #50-601 came out, they were $3.99 because they had more material in them, and I know Reborn is going for $3.99 as well because it's a mini-series, but I was wondering if anyone knows/thinks the book will drop back down to $2.99 after Reborn, or will it stay at $3.99?

    It's possible. Thor's series went from 2.99 to 3.99 but it's dropping back down to 2.99 soon.

    they probably figure that during events like #600 and Reborn that people who don't usually read Captain America will buy those issues for collectability so they raise the price for those issues then when the sales drop back to normal they lower the price back down
