I don't think Stark is dying, I think he's going to be in a coma till his brain "reboots". I doubt they would kill him this close to his newest movie.

Oh awesome, another Marvel event that will bring us closer to the status quo of 10 years ago! Anyone else getting tired of this looping track? I mean, I guess it will be nice to see Cap and Thor together again, but shoving Iron Man in there just because he's one of the three biggest names in the Avengers is discouraging to me. At least the core mini is only 4 issues this time.

It's almost definitely Iron Man. Iron Man, Cap, and Thor are the three big players in Siege. The whole point of speculation about the event is "What could bring these 3 back together?"

All the promotional materials and interviews with Bendis have explicitly stated that Iron Man (Tony Stark) will be a major fixture in this event.

He's off and on for me.Like Land.As much I disrespect him for his copying\tracing\recycling\borrowed compositions.He can sometimes pull it off.Bianchi's stuff is 100% garbage.I like him better than Dillon or Alphona but most of the time his art doesn't sit well with me.Some of the faces he does,especially on women just don't fit and his proportions are wonky.
