I am planning to go see this on my next day off, but my wife and kids also want to see the movie.  I am wondering from anyone that has seen the movie if it is too much for kids, 8 and 5 years old, both love super heroes.  I would definitely let them watch movies like Iron Man, Fantastic Four or the old Batman movies, but Batman Dark Knight would be a little much for them(just my opinion as a parent).  I am just wondering where Captain America falls in terms of violence, intensity or adult theme.  Thanks in advance for the info.....
