    A lot of people are giving Brubaker props and such... but honestly, This is stupid. like really stupid. Steve died, and i thought it was terrible when it happened but over time they have created the new Captain America based on this death the same way they built the new flash on the fact that Barry Allen died. Now they're both back and it sucks balls. Serious hairy nasty sweaty balls.   Now, about the book...Steve in his head, fighting Skull. Steve is telling Cap(Bucky) to kill Skull in his body...
