     I have always (2 years, wtf) admired Brubaker's ability to write interesting Captain America stories without actually Captain America. In 2007 Steve was killed & it were cries all over the series & Bucky took the costume of stars-and-stripes & it was SO weird to see a new Cap & I thought that it was nearly lame & things turned out quite the opposite & now we have a great book with a great characthers and plot inside.  This issue continues the story of "Two Americas".
