Storm first faced Cameron Hodge in the X-Tinction Agenda storyline. Hodge arranged the kidnapping of the New Mutants & Storm (reduced to childhood by Nanny at the time). She was transformed into a mutate, but implanted with instructions to destroy the island of Genosha. Things didn't go as planned for Cameron as the Genegineer had programmed Storm to restore the other X-Men's powers upon physical contact. The process had the side affect that restored her to adulthood.
