I can't say that I've read anything that she's appeared in previously to Superboy (to the point that I didn't even know it was her until I saw her credited in the issue). So is she anything like her old version, other than the red hair, that is?

Seems pretty similar. Braniac girl who turns super strong. But It feels like in New-52 she's going to be able to turn off her super-poweredness looking self and revert back to her same old normal-human-looking self. Then again, I am stupid.

Well she's a tall redhead with glasses. That hasn't changed. But her pre-DCnU incarnation was fan service 24/7.

right now it appears as though she's pretty much the same...though she was never able to turn her powers on and off before

despite the fan service of the original series it remains as one of my all time favorite series...you should really check it out if you get the chance...also there was another reboot to the Gen 13 series before the New 52 which was written by Gail Simone which was another great series with a little bit less fan service

@danhimself: I really hope that they don't continue to draw her like that.

I read a lot of Gen 13 back in the 90s and to be honest, I didn't even realize the Super Boy Fairchild was the same until I saw the teaser at the back of the newest Super Boy saying that Grunge would be guesting next week.

She certainly looks different, in the old series, she would get taller and have bigger boobs. Alot like She Hulk.

@jrock85: Ditto. I can't even read the new stuff she is in because they killed off the Gen 13 team.
