Plot Summary
In a monastary in the Alps, an Askani monk from the future is visited by the astral form of the priestess Sanctity. She reminds him of his mission to see Cable's 'destiny' fulfilled, a mission the monk is reluctant to see through.
In a New York nightclub, Cable and Storm stake out a benefit show by Lila Cheney, where a terrorist attack is expected. Callisto and Marrow appear, throwing the crowd into a panic, causing Storm to suffer a claustrophobic attack.
Not expecting Cable there, Callisto and Marrow leave via one exit, while he and Storm go outside to regroup. Callisto sends Marrow back in with a sound-sensitive bomb, set to go off during Lila's last number. As Cable tracks Marrow inside, Storm and Callisto battle on the rooftops. Cable overcomes Marrow, then throws the bomb to Lila, who teleports it across the galaxy to explode harmlessly. Callisto and Marrow escape in the confusion.
