Kyle Higgins, Alec Siegel, and Rod Reis come together to tell a compelling story about an alternate history Chicago and it's clear there's plenty of potential in the pages of the first issue. The GoodThe art! Rod Reis channels the best aspects of Bill Sienkiewicz's classic art and it is gorgeous.
