    Boom! Studios has given us an early look at the upcoming release of Toy Story.  It's in stores Wednesday, June 10, 2009.  It may be part of their "Boom! Kids" line but don't let that turn you away.  If you enjoyed the Toy Story Movies, you might want to check this out.

      


    It's a simple story that really works.  As we eagerly await the next Toy Story movie, this is a great way to pass the time.  And if this comic encourages younger readers to read comic books, all the better.

    I'm gonna' pick this up, though. My nieces are getting into comics and really the only thing I have on-hand that she actually wants to read is Emma Frost...and despite her being a great role-model and all, there are a lot better.

    If I remember right they're suppose to come out with a Toy Story 3. G-man is right it's a great issue to pick up for the lil one in your life. If not this I know they're kid version of teen titans, spiderman the avengers ect.

    That cliff bar looked amazing...

    wow. i cant believe im watching a review for a toy story comic. haha i guess its good for gman tho, you can call yourself a good reviewer if you can even review something like this. hope your daughter loves it

    Disney is doing a great job with the comic industry. I just recently bought a book with some movie-to-comics in it, and it was wonderful. Its nice when they do the whole "just like the movie art'", but at the same time its great when they have a great fun look added to the original style. 


    like look for the Treasure Planet comic. Its great.

    That's what one of my contentions has been, G-Man, that kids have been lost in the shuffle of the comic book industry. 
    I've got young nieces and they LOVE anything Disney/Pixar, this would be great.  Their Dad doesn't like comics, but maybe this would help win him over.

    My three old kid seriously picks up the toy story book every night to read to him he wont go to sleep without buzz and woody.  Yeah kids will love this but i have to agree with alot of people comics have been lost on kids
