@VenomMelendez: I'm open to tweak it. They could also try to do a voice over like they do for the Vin Diesel movies. 

@VenomMelendez: I personally wouldn't mind if they made Bullseye British though. For example in the comics, Abomination was Russian, but in TIH, they tweaked it so that he was born in Russia, raised in England.

I do mind. I mind for the same reason I mind when it's done to Black Widow, to Moira McTaggart and to anyone else.  When your job as an actor or actress earns you a cheque per movie that any human could live on for one or maybe two lifetimes, I expect you to be able to do an accent. Christopher Meloni has the perfect look and the accent wouldn't be a problem plus he played a psycho in prison before very well ... I only wonder if he could pull off the martial arts.. Use body double for that I suppose .

Well actually Bullseye was raised in the US but his place of birth is unknown, so they can put whatever voice they want behind it and say 'well he is a native of (insert random country here). if i remember correctly Colin Farrell's version was Irish
