I don't think anyone can ESPECIALLY NOT MICKEY MOUSE, the only time Bugs ever got beat was when he was on the offensive, whenever he was on the defensive, that is being chased (e.g by Elmer Fudd) he couldn't lose.

If there is anyone, I'd say road runner or Mario. With his stars he is invincible, but when you through in the cape along with his mushrooms it becomes even more ridiculouse. When you think about it when has Mario ever lost? But than again a fight against bugs may never end lol.
