I was just reading through some old Buffy stuff and i noticed a quite that states that the one person Buffy feared from than anyone else being turned, would be Xander...
amusing but she actually gave good reasons for it...
so this got me thinking, the basic rule would be pick a basic human, no special powers..
Who else in the wide world of fiction would make a scary buffyverse vampire? Faith? Wesley? John Mclane(Die hard), Inarra Serra? Ellen Ripley?
Hanibal Lecter has a head start... or should that be starter?
Bruce Wayne / Batman definitely has to be on the list...
Edward aka Ted Forrester from the Anita Blake novels / comics would be amazing, but i think he'd rather kill himself than let himself be turned...
Michael from La Femme Nikita would be a good choice as well... The man is probably one of the most dangerous creatures on the planet even as a human.
Temperance "Bones" Brennan would be one of the smarter vampires to exist in recorded history, and without her sense of morality to temper her intelligence (no pun intended)...
I could see Gregory House looking into becoming a vampire to cure his leg. Another brilliant, amoral vampire loose upon the world.
Then again, Edmund Blackadder would be a brilliant vampire, perhaps not the scariest but he'd definitely be one of the funniest :D
So, who do you think would be the scariest Buffyverse vampire?
